3. Font Licensing & Intellectual Property
ProFontFinder identifies letterforms and recommends open-source Google Fonts licensed under the SIL Open Font License (OFL) or Apache 2.0 license. Users are responsible for verifying font licenses prior to commercial deployment.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
ProFontFinder is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While our optical matching pipeline is engineered for high accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% detection precision for all image qualities.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ProFontFinder or its maintainers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
